A specialist Paediatric practice based in Pretoria is seeking to recruit a medical receptionist to handle the day to day duties of the practice with the team.

Requirements:

  • Diary and appointment management
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Cash and credit card payment and receipting
  • Stock control and ordering of stock
  • Ensure the smooth and effective functioning of the practice
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
  • General administration
  • Maintain confidentiality of all doctor, staff and patient information

Qualification:

  • Matric
  • Medical reception experience is essential
  • Medical software knowledge of Vericlaim is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required
