Our client in the PropertySector is looking to recruit a TemporaryAccountant to join their large team. This role would be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, analyzing budgets, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Duties Include:

  • Maintain and reconcile financial records, including general ledger accounts, bank statements, and other financial documents.
  • Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in accordance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing financial insights to support strategic planning.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, operations, and management, to provide financial guidance and support decision-making.
  • Conduct financial audits to verify accuracy and integrity of financial transactions and records.
  • Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard financial assets and mitigate risk.
