A leading real estate services company in South Africa is seeking a Marketing, Bids & Divisional Support Lead to enable the success of their Advisory & Transactions division. You will coordinate marketing activities, manage bids and proposals, and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate has 3–7 years of relevant experience, strong Microsoft skills, and a background in professional services. The Marketing, Bids & Divisional Support Lead plays a central role in enabling the success of the Advisory & Transactions (A&T) division. This role is responsible for leading marketing coordination, managing bid and proposal preparation, and providing structured divisional administrative support. The position suits a highly organised, detail-oriented professional with strong presentation skills and solid experience using Microsoft tools. Prior experience in a professional services environment is preferred.
