The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Microsoft 365 solutions, particularly in Teams and SharePoint, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively. You'll be leading governance and change management initiatives while delivering security baselines. A vehicle for site visits is required. Competitive remuneration package offered.

Qualifications

• 35 years of hands-on experience delivering Microsoft 365 Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform solutions.
• Strong pre-sales solution design and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Practical experience with Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft Defender, Purview, Teams Phone, and Copilot.
• Proven success in change management and user adoption programs.
• Must have own vehicle for client site visits.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Microsoft 365 Teams and Copilot offerings tailored to SMB clients.
• Lead tenant readiness assessments and Teams governance.
• Implement Microsoft 365 security baselines including MFA and Conditional Access.
