Job summary

A luxury lodge in Hoedspruit is seeking an experienced Reception Manager to oversee front office operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, strong reception control skills, and excellent customer service abilities. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end safari lodge or hotel.
  • Matric / Grade 12; Diploma or equivalent in Hospitality Management beneficial.
  • Willingness to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
