Qualifications

• At least 6 years’ experience with 3 years at a management level; preferably within the casino industry.
• Two (2) years database marketing and analysis experience.
• Knowledge and experience with loyalty programmes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the effective functioning of the MVG desk.
• Monitor guest correspondence and ensure resolution of issues.
• Manage staff conditions of employment and productivity.
