Job Title: Liquor Store Manager

Location: Kempton Park (On-Site)

Salary: Up to R15 000.00 Depending on Experience

Requirements

• Experience in Liquor Store Management - Spar Tops - advantageous.
• Previous experience managing a liquor store, including daily operations, staff supervision, and customer interaction, is essential.
• Knowledge of Gross Profit and Stock Control :
• Strong understanding of gross profit margins, inventory management, and stock optimization to minimize losses.
• Proficiency in Inventory Systems :
• Experience with inventory management tools is required. Knowledge of Sigma software is a plus.
• Reliable Transport :
• Own transport is essential for commuting and operational flexibility.
• Strong Communication Skills :
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, staff, and suppliers.
• Operational and Profitability Management :
• Capable of overseeing sales, customer service, and inventory while ensuring profitability through gross margin analysis.
