A leading global snacking company is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager in Cape Town, South Africa. This role involves planning, leading, and controlling warehouse operations to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in warehouse or production operations and proficiency in SAP and MS Office. The position requires excellent communication skills and a strong ability to lead teams effectively while achieving operational goals.

You will be responsible for planning, leading, organizing and controlling of warehousing to ensure efficient inventory and warehouse management and cost-effective delivery of shipment volume objectives. You will be planning, leading, organizing and controlling the plant’s Dispensary operations for raw & packaging material to provide consistent quality ingredients to production in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

Gestión Integral de Almacenamiento Inbound.
Control y Precisión de Inventarios.
Conocimiento en almacenamiento, PEPS y manejo de KPI´s
Dirigir, motivar y desarrollar al personal administrativo y operativo del almacén, fomentando un ambiente de trabajo colaborativo, seguro y productivo.
Ing. Industrial, Administración de Empresas o afín.
Al menos 2 años de experiencia en control de inventarios, almacenamiento y manejo de personal.
Inglés intermedio
KPI´s, almacenamiento, Análisis de datos.
SAP (preferible)
Excel Intermedio
Presencial Lunes a sábado de 8:30 a 5:30 pm
