Job summary

A leading cleaning services provider in Gauteng is seeking a responsible individual to implement and manage cleaning solutions. The successful candidate will oversee service delivery as per the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and ensure compliance through regular audits. Required qualifications include a relevant diploma and at least 3 years of experience in Facilities Management. Strong skills in MS Office and excellent communication abilities are essential. A valid SA Drivers License is also mandatory.

Qualifications

• 3 years relevant experience in Facilities Management, CRM, Property Management & Financial Management.
• Valid SA Drivers License is required.
• Knowledge of OHS Act, ISO 9001 Quality Management essential.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage a cleaning solution for Clients in accordance with the SLA.
• Responsible for driving cleaning and hygiene for the Client.
• Provide monthly reports and feedback on compliance to the SLA.
