Desired Experience & Qualification

Do you have 3 years Pattern Maker experience using Lectra or Gerber software (essential requirement)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Pattern Creation : Develop print and grade various patterns using Lectra or Gerber Software.
• Amendments to patterns as per specs.
• Sample Assessment : Evaluate first samples and make necessary modifications or corrections to original patterns.
• Troubleshooting : Identify and solve issues to improve overall patterns.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the Development and Design team to ensure a successful production cycle.
• Attend fit sessions with Designer.
• Understanding of the measuring techniques requirements and acceptable standards across the various garments.
• Liaising with Design team RE; patterns specs design amendments fits etc.
• Liaising with suppliers via the production team regarding specs fits pattern amendments and overall production.
• Manage the technical performance of garments in the company and ensure that they adhere to technical standards.

Essential Requirements

• Technical Skills : Proficient in using Lectra software and maintaining measurement tables.
• Do you have STRONG Gerber or Lectra skills and experience
• Do you have 2 to 5 years experience as a Ladieswear Pattern Maker WITHIN a Fashion Retail or Clothing Manufacturing environment
• Do you have a Fashion Design Degree or 3 Year Diploma
