Job description

We currently have an exciting position available for a Labour Law Consultant to be based at our East London branch.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Retaining all clients and servicing clients regarding all IR issues.
  • Contacting clients as per schedule.

Typical Labour Law issues can include:

  • Chairing disciplinary inquiries
  • Drafting judgments for clients
  • Assisting with issuing warnings to ensure compliance
  • Drafting and implementing policies

More complex issues include:

  • Wage negotiations
  • Strike management
  • Retrenchments

Package & Remuneration:

Salary: R17 850 CTC

Qualifications:

  • 3 years B. Degree or equivalent in HR / IR / LLB or related field

  • Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
