This role is critical to ensuring seamless on-site operations, compliance with safety standards and meeting client expectations.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12+
• Minimum of 2 Years working experience in a similar role in the Temporary Employment Services (TES) industry or Logistics & Warehousing Industries.
• MS Excel proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Basic site inductions and safety briefings.
• Assessing and managing occupational health and safety hazards.

• Sound knowledge of labour-related HR / IR processes.
• Maintain client satisfaction.
• Closely working with payroll data.
• Ensure employee shifts are being filled.
• Focus on productivity on site.

• The ability to mediate to resolve issues, including involvement in disciplinary action.
• An understanding of legal responsibilities.
