Overview

A leading medical company is looking for a Stock Controller to join their team based in JHB North.

Responsibilities

• Valid drivers license is essential.
• Clean and pack Ultrasound Medical Equipment to be sent out for demonstrations at hospitals.
• Check machines and probes are functional before being sent out on demo's.
• Clean and pack Ultrasound Medical Equipment returning from demos.
• Despatching of stock, correct SCT.
• Follow decontamination process.
• Check equipment for any faults on return from demos.
• Report any defects to Manager.
• Prepare delivery notes to customers.
• Complete check lists of Ultrasound equipment going out and coming in.
• Take all necessary photos as per SOP.
• Complete and keep detailed records of all work done.
• Assist driver with delivery / collection of Ultrasound equipment to customers.
• Assist with stock take on a regular basis.

Qualifications

• Matric is essential.
• Drivers Licence is essential.
• Experience with Ultrasound equipment will be a definite advantage.
• Stock experience within the medical industry will secure.
• Basic computer skills are required.
