About the Finance Department

The Finance Business Partnering team at Capitec plays a key role in enabling the bank’s strategic and commercial objectives.

Our Finance Business Partners work closely with executives and senior leaders across Business Bank, Retail and Insurance, providing insight that supports planning, performance management and decision-making. The function is evolving from traditional reporting and control into a more strategic, forward-looking and advisory capability, focused on translating business drivers into financial outcomes.

By combining strong financial discipline with commercial understanding, the team helps the business make informed decisions, manage risk and deliver sustainable growth.
