Deliver day-to-day knowledge work, in order to execute predefined objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Job Description
  • Sales and Target: To actively work the leads from Siebel and be efficient, ensuring that we achieve a strike rate of 70% and responsible for achieving a minimum of six sales per day and this number can increase as and when business requires.
  • Customer Experience: To provide service excellence and achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Quality of work produced: Maintaining and treating clients information in a confidential manner.
  • FAIS Fit and Proper Requirements Applicable to this Role (Advice and Intermediary Service): FSCA-Approved Qualification Regulatory Exam for Representatives (RE5)
  • Experience As Per the FAIS Act
