Overview

Junior Project Manager x 2 The successful candidates will demonstrate a well-developed skillset and an ability to achieve project deliverables by working effectively with both internal resources and external stakeholders (as required).

This is a challenging, dynamic and demanding environment, and will suit individuals with the drive, energy and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in all project meetings and assist with follow ups to monitor and report on project progress in a structured manner, drawing particular attention to deviations from the original project plan.
  • Record and keep proceedings of each meeting and files systematically to ensure accessibility.
  • Maintain and update project plans as needed (predominant internal communication focus).
  • Create, maintain and utilise detailed project schedules, to ensure tracking of projects to contractual delivery.
  • Tracking and reporting in line with SLA's.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on producing accurate and well-organized project documentation.
  • Proactive and eager to learn, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
  • A tertiary 3-year degree or equivalent diploma.
  • Project management accreditation or certification an added advantage.
  • Between 1- and 3-years relevant experience in a similar role.
