🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
  • Handling support calls and providing desktop, network, and troubleshooting assistance
  • Testing applications and offering remote desktop support
  • Assisting with callouts, installations, and hardware/software setup
  • Setting up printers, phones, PCs, and additional devices
  • Maintaining the IT asset register and documenting equipment movement
  • Ensuring all equipment is tested, tracked, and in top condition
  • Managing cabling and maintaining a neat IT environment
  • Monitoring ISP, SIP, and CRM systems for smooth performance
  • Reporting weekly on IT issues and resolutions
  • Conducting daily checks of employee IT concerns
  • Supporting any additional ad-hoc IT duties as needed
