Key Responsibilities:

• Manage local IT infrastructure (network, servers, PCs, backups, DR)
• Own local applications, patching, maintenance, and security
• Provide end-user support via a centralized service desk
• Manage IT vendors, contracts, SLAs, and costs
• Oversee asset management, licensing, and compliance
• Contribute to budgeting and continuous IT improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in IT (or equivalent experience)
• 5 years or more experience in a similar IT management role
• Strong Microsoft Server, AD, Networking & O365 skills
• Solid troubleshooting, communication, and vendor management skills
• Azure, PowerBI / Power Platform = nice bonus, not a deal-breaker
