Performance Objectives for Year One

• Lead High-Impact Audits: Successfully execute the annual IT audit plan across critical domains including Cyber Security, Data Assurance and Technical Infrastructure, delivering clear actionable insights and presenting findings to the Audit and Risk Committees within the first 12 months.
• Mature the IT Risk Framework: Go beyond the checklist to challenge and enhance the existing IT risk assessment process. By providing meaningful forward‑looking input to management you will evolve the framework to better anticipate emerging technology risks within the first 9 months.
• Develop a High‑Performing Team: Mentor and lead a team of IT auditors, elevating their technical capabilities and audit quality. Success will be measured by improved stakeholder feedback, quality assurance reviews and the team’s overall efficiency and effectiveness.
• Strengthen Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders including IT leadership, business unit heads and external auditors, fostering a collaborative and transparent risk‑management culture across the organization.
