Performance Objectives for Year One

• Lead Core Feature Development: Take full ownership of the development lifecycle for at least two major new features on the flagship iOS hearing health platform from technical design and architecture through to successful App Store deployment ensuring the final product is scalable secure and performant.
• Optimize the CI / CD Pipeline: Re-engineer and streamline the existing CI / CD process for the iOS application resulting in a significantly more stable automated and efficient build and release cycle for the entire development team.
• Drive Code Quality and Architecture: Architect and implement a major refactor of a core application module establishing a new standard for reusable well-documented and highly testable code that serves as a benchmark for future development.
• Mentor and Elevate the Team: Act as a technical mentor for other iOS developers on the team by establishing and championing iOS best practices leading constructive code review sessions and proactively sharing knowledge to enhance the teams overall technical proficiency.
• Ensure Regulatory Compliance in Product Development: Successfully guide the iOS application through a major product update requiring regulatory compliance (e.g. FDA CE) ensuring all code documentation and quality management processes are meticulously maintained and audit-ready.
