Invoicing Clerk

Nasrec, Johannesburg

Are you detail-oriented, organised, and ready to take on a key role in a busy warehouse and supply chain environment? An exciting opportunity has opened for an Invoicing Clerk in Nasrec.

In this role, you will manage invoice capturing, interbranch transfers, and order verification while ensuring that every dispatch is supported with accurate documentation. You will play a critical role in keeping operations efficient by coordinating with the Stock Controller, Supply Chain, and Debtors teams.

What you will do:
  • Capture and process invoices across multiple business entities
  • Ensure all documentation matches and is accurate before release of goods
  • Follow up with COD customers and manage GRV and returns documentation
  • Support stock verification and intercompany transactions
  • Maintain administrative processes, including reconciliations and filing
What we are looking for:
  • Matric qualification
  • 2 to 5 years experience in invoicing or related administration
  • Intermediate Excel skills (Sage knowledge is an advantage)
  • A proactive team player with strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
