Job summary

A leading logistics company in South Africa is seeking an Inventory POD/GRA and TOMS Lead. This role involves managing the warehouse management systems, ensuring inventory accuracy, and training team members on inventory procedures. The ideal candidate will have a Grade 12 education, relevant logistics experience, and strong communication skills. This position combines operational oversight with proactive inventory management to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years Logistics Sector experience.
• 3-year management experience.
• More than 3 years of operational experience will be a distinct advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate control of inventory up to and beyond KPI levels.
• Plan and manage stock counts and audits of inventory.
• Develop and maintain effective inventory processes.

Skills

Good written and communication skills

Proficiency in Windows, Excel, Word and Power Point

Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and planning skills

Operational knowledge and understanding of service delivery

Knowledge of logistics market trends

Education

Grade 12 / Matric

Degree or equivalent qualification
