Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Inside Sales Representative. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, managing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. The role will involve day-to-day tasks such as contacting potential clients, maintaining client relationships, and understanding their tax needs to provide appropriate solutions.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
  • Strong objection-handling skills and the ability to stay confident under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a thorough understanding of managing up
