Key Responsibilities


  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management - Promote and sell a wide range of top-tier funeral cover, life risk, and investment products; build strong relationships by conducting thorough needs analysis and offering tailored financial solutions; provide ongoing service and support to grow and retain your client base.



Compliance & Process Excellence


  • Adhere to FAIS and FSCA regulatory requirements

  • Use our proprietary tech platform for client onboarding, tracking, and compliance

  • Keep accurate, up-to-date records and documentation



What We’re Looking For


  • Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in sales, ideally within financial services

  • NQF Level 5 qualification (required), RE5 (advantageous)

  • Clear criminal record and own transport

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
