About the Role

Are you a logistics professional with a passion for precision and coordination? Manuchar SA is seeking an Inbound & Outbound Planner to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth flow of goods across our supply chain—from timely inbound shipments to efficient outbound dispatches. You’ll be the link between internal teams, service providers, and customers, driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shipment Planning & Tracking: Coordinate and monitor all inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to align stock allocation and dispatch planning.
  • Customer Order Fulfilment: Execute customer orders with precision, ensuring special requirements and delivery commitments are met.
  • Process & System Optimization: Support digital transformation and system enhancements to improve efficiency.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to customs regulations, company SOPs, and audit standards.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Have
  • Degree/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations Management.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in supply chain planning or logistics coordination.
  • Proficiency in Office 365, ERP systems, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Great to Have
  • Certification in Customs & Excise or International Trade.
  • Experience with Business Central and digital transformation projects.
