Your sphere:
  • Taking charge of land tours and events—start to finish, margin to memory
  • Traveling alongside groups to ensure on-the-ground coordination runs tight and tension-free
  • Supporting every detail from travel documentation to supplier standards and service-level agreements
  • Keeping travel files accurate, profitable, and always guest-ready
  • Liaising with reservations and ops managers to balance commercial savvy with exceptional delivery
  • Collaborating with accounts to monitor debtors and keep financials neat
  • Alerting the right people fast during emergencies—you know who, what, and how to communicate, without flinching
  • Pitching process tweaks and smart ideas that make guest experiences better
What's in your travel bag:
  • 4–5 years of experience in inbound consulting or group travel
  • Knowledge of travel systems (Tourplan, WETU, Excel, Teams) and the confidence to learn anything else you need
