About the Role

Team5pm Cape Town is building a specialist Sprinklr delivery capability as part of a global partnership, and we’re looking for an Implementation Manager to lead the technical setup and configuration of the Sprinklr platform across clients and markets.

This role is the technical backbone of Sprinklr delivery. You will lead platform configuration across modules, facilitate technical discovery sessions, configure environments and workflows, advise on integrations, deliver platform training, and ensure high-quality implementations from build to go‑live.

You don’t need prior Sprinklr experience; but you do need strong experience implementing complex SaaS or MarTech platforms. All successful candidates will complete an intensive onboarding and certification programme.

What You’ll Do

Platform Configuration & Build

• Lead technical configuration across Sprinklr modules (Social, Insights, Marketing, Advertising, Advocacy).
• Set up environments, users, permissions, workflows, and governance structures.
• Complete and manage Build Requirements Workbooks based on discovery outcomes.

Discovery & Technical Advisory

• Facilitate technical discovery sessions with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into platform configuration decisions.
• Advise on integrations including SSO, GA4, APIs, and data ingestion.

Testing, QA & Go‑Live

• Own QA and testing processes prior to launch.
• Coordinate UAT and resolve configuration issues.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact during implementation phases.

Training & Enablement

• Deliver standard Sprinklr platform training to client and internal teams.
• Support adoption through best‑practice configuration and enablement.

Participate in global delivery sessions and knowledge‑sharing forums.

What We’re Looking For

Must‑Haves

• 4–7 years experience implementing SaaS, MarTech, CRM, or analytics platforms.
• Strong experience with platform configuration, workflows, permissions, and governance.
• Comfortable leading technical discovery sessions and translating requirements into builds.
• Experience with integrations, analytics setups, or authentication workflows.
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Confident working cross‑functionally with PMs, strategists, and client teams.

Nice‑to‑Haves

• Experience with enterprise tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Adobe, or similar platforms.
• Exposure to social media management, analytics, or advertising platforms.
• Experience delivering system training or onboarding sessions.
• Familiarity with QA, UAT, or structured testing processes.
