Our client a leading Manufacturing/Production company based in Umhlanga is looking to fill a 12-month fixed term contract position of Human Resources Analyst.

Purpose of the Role:

Reporting to the Remuneration and Benefits Manager this role is responsible for providing HR administrative systems and analytics support to enhance data accuracy, HR processes and overall service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR administration and maintenance of employee records.
  • HR data capturing validation and preparation of monthly HR dashboards and reports.
  • Support in HR systems development configuration and general HRIS administration.
  • Benefits administration in collaboration with Corporate Advisory Services (CAS).
  • Preparation of analytics workforce statistics and HR insights to support decision‑making.
  • Support payroll input collation and ensure accurate submissions.
  • Participation in HR digitisation improvement projects and systems‑related initiatives.
  • Ensure confidentiality compliance with HR policies procedures and legislative requirements.
  • Provide general HR support where required.
