Job summary

A prominent mining company is seeking an HR Officer Systems to manage HRIS data and maintain efficient HR administration. The ideal candidate must possess a Grade 12 qualification, an HR Diploma, and at least 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within a mining environment. Responsibilities include analysing HR data, ensuring the data's integrity, and overseeing time-keeping processes. Preference will be given to South African citizens, with applications open until 16 December 2025.

Qualifications

• 3 Years’ experience in an HR Mining environment or as an HR Assistant.
• Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain HRIS for data management and reporting.
• Analyse HR data for decision-making insights.
• Ensure security and integrity of HR data.
• Overseeing the T&A Clerks' tasks.
• Initiate improvement of the time-keeping process.
