Generalist HR Manager

Generalist HR Manager required to manage the full HR, IR and EE function for a large company in the service industry.

Duties & Responsibilities

• All HR generalist functions including recruitment, administration, remuneration, contracts
• Industrial and Employee relations
• Performance, disciplinaries & CCMA (with the assistance of an outsourced legal team)
• Statutory reporting including training and development, BBBEE
• Development of employment policies and procedures
• Management of the corporate social investment
• Management of HR administrators

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Human Resources degree or related qualification is essential.
• IR experience.
• BBBEE experience.
• Must be willing to travel within South Africa.

Package & Remuneration

+ R50k-R55k CTC, including Provident Fund (dependant on experience and qualification).
