Job summary

A leading recruitment firm is seeking an experienced HR Manager in Cape Town to oversee full HR functions within the FMCG industry. The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree and demonstrated experience in industrial relations, particularly in highly-unionised environments. Strong skills in union negotiations and previous leadership experience with HR and admin teams are crucial for success in this role. This position reports directly to the Divisions Management Executive and indirectly to the HR Director.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in IR in highly-unionised environments.
• Must have experience in Union Negotiations and CCMA.
• Leadership/management experience with HR & Admin staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead full HR functions as a generalist.
• Report to the Divisions Management Executive and HR Director.
• Ensure HR & Admin staff management is detailed.

Candidates must have strong IR exp in FMCG in highly-unionised environments and MUST have exp in Union Negotiations, CCMA and related(Food companies preferable)
