Introduction

A multi-disciplinary engineering and construction company based in Secunda is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join their team. (IR and Recruitment strong).

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day HR functions for approximately 800 employees
  • IR functions
  • Recruitment, job profiling and terminations
  • Organize and maintain personnel records
  • Update internal databases
  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
  • Liaise with external partners, such as insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
  • Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics
  • Answer employees' queries about HR-related issues
  • Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information
  • Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms
  • Participate in HR projects
  • Legislative and company policy compliance
  • Provide expert guidance and support to partners to ensure all employees’ issues are resolved
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
