Overview

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic and hands‑on partner to Operations. This role drives people strategies, talent engagement, and performance systems to meet client SLAs and operational targets, and manages a human‑centred culture and brand values.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, or Business (or equivalent).
  • 3–5+ years HRBP or HR Generalist experience, preferably in BPO / contact centre environments.
  • Proven IR case management experience with CCMA readiness.
  • Knowledge of South African labour legislation (LRA, BCEA, EEA, SDA, POPIA).
  • Strong organisational communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and collaboration tools (MS Teams).
  • Familiarity with recruitment portals, database management, payroll systems, HR systems (Excel, Power BI).
  • Strong reporting ability to drive operational efficiencies.
