Duties & Responsibilities

Zeminwe Recruitment is looking for a HR administrator for an established fruit exporter with their own packing facilities and farms. We are looking for a detail-oriented candidate to support operations and play a vital role in keeping HR processes running smoothly.

This role is perfect for someone who loves administration and takes pride in accuracy and efficiency. As an integral part of the HR team you’ll work closely with managers and employees ensuring HR support across the business. This office-based position is located at the head office in Bellville Western Cape and will report to the HR Manager.

Job Description
  • Assist with recruitment processes including placing job adverts, scheduling interviews and handling correspondence
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of employees (contracts documentation, inductions, exit procedures)
  • Prepare HR reports, statistics and documentation as required.
  • Assist in coordinating training, CSI & wellness initiatives and HR-related events
  • Handle employee queries related to policies, leave and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labour legislation and internal HR procedures.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR Manager and HR team.
Requirements
  • Matric with Relevant HR qualification (degree or diploma)
  • Valid drivers licence
  • At least 6 years HR admin experience
  • Strong organisational & MS Office skills
  • Confidential, accurate & people-focused
  • Agriculture industry experience is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel as needed from time to time.
