Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in short-term insurance sales as a broker or tied agent.
• Must meet Fit and Proper requirements as per FAIS codes of conduct.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source lead-generating opportunities for sales.
• Meet or exceed the target of 8.5 written policies per month.
• Conduct needs analyses with prospective clients.
• Stay informed on competitor products and maintain CPD.
• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and FAIS codes of conduct.
