Overview

Job Title : Health & Safety Officer

Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Health & Safety Officer to join their team in Paulspietersburg, Empangeni. The Health & Safety Officer will be responsible for implementing and monitoring health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for employees.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures

Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks

Investigate accidents or incidents and implement corrective actions

Provide training to employees on health and safety procedures and protocols

Keep up-to-date with health and safety legislation and regulations

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to health and safety matters

Collaborate with management to create a culture of safety awareness within the organization

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field

Certified Health & Safety Officer (CHSO) designation preferred
