Overview

Leading property group is recruiting a Head of Residential Developments to manage and grow the current residential portfolio including developments undertaken for resale and the rental portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Source new opportunities, conduct and assess feasibility studies and due diligence.
• Manage development projects through the development lifecycle from planning, establishing the professional team, obtaining legislative approvals, selecting and appointing service providers to monitoring progress, controlling costs and ensuring adherence to contracted timelines.
• With the financial manager build relationships with relevant financial institutions, arrange necessary funding for the development projects and prepare and present accurate cash‑flow forecasts updated on a weekly basis.
• Regularly review marketing strategy to ensure volume and pace of sales within all projects are optimised.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven track record in real estate development or property management.
• Leading and managing teams.
• Demonstrated success in managing residential development projects from inception through to completion.
• Must have experience in site acquisition due diligence and successfully closing real estate transactions.
