• 8+ years of HR leadership or People Operations experience, ideally within SaaS or B2B environments.
• Direct SOC 2 or equivalent compliance management experience.
• Proven success leading high-quality recruiting and onboarding programs.
• Strong working knowledge of HR law, payroll, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience implementing scalable performance management systems.
