Job Overview

Our client is expanding their creative team and is on the lookout for a talented Graphic Designer for their Head Office in Kempton Park, Gauteng Province.

Responsibilities

• Design and create sales proposals, presentations, and tender documentation.
• Support National Key Accounts and Regional Sales teams with all creative requirements.
• Develop marketing and branding material in line with CI standards.
• Design internal communication materials (posters, newsletters, digital screens).
• Execute video editing and motion graphics projects from concept to completion.
• Create content for social media, presentations, and campaigns.
• Ensure quality and timely delivery of all multimedia projects.
• Work independently, manage deadlines, and handle after-hours/weekend work when required.
• Collaborate with various departments to achieve desired outcomes.
• Close collaboration with marketing department to brainstorm creative ideas for digital campaigns, product launches, and other initiatives.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Graphic Design: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (or equivalent).
• Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent).
• Animation & Motion Graphics: Adobe After Effects (2D), Blender/Cinema 4D (3D optional).
• Branding & CI Compliance: Strong understanding and application of visual identity.
• Microsoft Office Suite for integration with business documents.
• Storyboarding, conceptualizing, and executing creative ideas.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and time management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Digital Marketing: understanding design best practices for digital marketing platforms.
• Proactivity: Ability to think strategically and share creative ideas.

Compensation & Hours

Salary: R***** per month + performance-based bonus in December.

Working Hours: 08:00 to 16:30 Monday to Friday.
