We are seeking highly motivated finance or accountinggraduates who are in their final year or have recently completed their degree.This 12-month rotational program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-onexperience across key business areas, including Finance, Operations, InvestorRelations, Portfolio Management, and Deal Origination.

Key Activities: (Rotation through Business Units)

Finance

• Assist with financial analysis, budgeting, reporting, andaudit processes. Gain exposure to treasury management and risk assessment.
  

Operations & Investor Relations

• Support operational functions, regulatory compliance, andinvestor engagement. Prepare materials for board meetings.
  
• Monitor and evaluate existing investments, identifyoptimization opportunities, and collaborate with SMEs.
  

Deal Origination

Research and Analysis
