About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Golf Co-Ordinator to support the Head of Department, Senior Golf Managers, and Golf Project Manager. You’ll provide essential administrative, logistical, and guest-facing support to ensure smooth delivery of professional golf tournaments and events. This role offers hands‑on experience in sports event management with opportunities to grow in the golf division.

What You’ll Do
  • Act as the first point of contact for Pro‑Am and Golf Day guests.
  • Manage RSVP processes, event invitations, and guest communications.
  • Prepare event collateral such as accreditation, vouchers, and tags.
  • Coordinate logistics including deliveries, stock, and supplier timelines.
  • Oversee storeroom management, stock control, and replenishments.
  • Provide on‑site support during tournaments, assisting with operations.
  • Liaise with suppliers, branding teams, and internal departments.
  • Contribute to post‑event feedback and reporting for continuous improvement.
