Qualifications

• 4 years post‑admission experience, ideally in law firm and in‑house.
• Extensive knowledge in commercial contract law.
• Proven track record in M&A transactions.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts supporting business operations.
• Manage Share Purchase Agreements and other M&A documentation.
• Provide legal support and engage in dispute resolution.
