• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Supervisor role in mineral processing or related industries.
• Experience in EPC/EPCM/Client/Owner preferred.
• Strong technical aptitude and knowledge of HSE policy.

Responsibilities

• Maximize productivity and efficiency of the Earthworks team.
• Manage quality of output produced from the Earthworks and Civils teams.
• Monitor contractors’ progress and report on project goals.
• Ensure professional dealings with Clients and Vendors.
