In this German Customer Service Advisor – Retail role, you will:
Manage high-profile and escalated customer cases from start to resolution
Handle customer interactions and work orders in line with defined SLAs
Proactively identify issues and provide efficient, customer-focused solutions
Achieve first contact resolution wherever possible
Apply quality, compliance, and behavioural standards consistently
Maintain strong product, campaign, and retail process knowledge
Accurately verify, capture, and update customer information
Ensure customer data protection and follow information security procedures
Communicate campaign updates and process changes clearly to stakeholders
Share best practices and knowledge with team members
Contribute to a collaborative, performance-driven team culture
Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service
This role is suitable if you:
Have at least 6 months of international call centre experience (essential)
Have completed Grade 12
Are fluent in German (written and spoken)
Are available to work European-aligned shifts
Are reliable, self-motivated, and professional
Possess strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
Are comfortable working in a fast-paced retail customer support environment
