As a Generalist Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in our recruitment process. This position is perfect for someone looking to kick-start their career in recruitment and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
  • Candidate Sourcing:
    • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify potential candidates.
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various job roles.
  • Screening and Interviewing:
    • Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates' qualifications.
    • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
  • Client and Candidate Relationship Management:
    • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and candidates.
    • Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates regarding their application status.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Assist in drafting job postings and advertisements.
    • Maintain accurate candidate records in our database.
    • Handle general administrative tasks related to the recruitment process.

Qualifications
