About the Role

The Business Analyst / Product Owner will focus on Inventory, Warehouse, and Manufacturing processes, ensuring ERP systems (e.g., Odoo) are implemented and optimised to improve client operational efficiency. This role combines business analysis (requirements gathering, process mapping, documentation) with product ownership (backlog management, user stories, prioritisation). The individual will ensure ERP solutions align with best practices in stock management, warehouse operations, and manufacturing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Document as‑is and design to‑be processes for inventory, warehouse, and manufacturing operations.
• Translate business requirements into ERP system specifications.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and UAT.
• Support ERP implementation, configuration, and integration across warehouse and production modules.
• Provide training and support to drive user adoption.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years' experience in business analysis or product ownership within ERP projects.
• Strong knowledge of inventory, warehouse, and manufacturing processes.
• ERP experience (Odoo preferred; SAP, Oracle, or similar acceptable).
• Skilled in requirements analysis, process mapping and documentation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Analytical, organised, and detail‑oriented.

Nice to have

• Proven ERP implementation experience in inventory/warehouse/manufacturing domains.
• Consulting or systems integration experience.
