Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations, motivate agents, and ensure sales targets are met.
  • Track sales targets, KPIs, and individual agent performance.
  • Provide regular feedback, training, and support to improve sales skills.
  • Implement strategies to boost conversion rates and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Prepare performance reports and share insights with management.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle escalations when needed.
