Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

Promote and sell a comprehensive range of financial products, including risk, retirement, funeral, and investment solutions.

Conduct thorough financial needs analyses to identify client goals, risks, and opportunities.

Provide personalised, compliant financial advice and build long-term client relationships.

Deliver ongoing service, portfolio reviews, and support to grow and retain your client base.

Compliance & Operational Excellence

Adhere to FAIS and FSCA regulatory requirements at all times.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation and records.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the financial services industry.

NQF Level 5 qualification (advantageous).

RE5 Certification (advantageous).

Completed Class of Business (preferred).

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals.
