What You will Be Driving

• Manage the full finance function: debtors, creditors, reconciliations & reporting
• Prepare and present monthly management accounts and financial statements
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Ensure strong compliance, internal controls, and risk management
• Mentor, develop, and uplift the finance team
• Partner with management to identify efficiencies and unlock continuous improvement
• Provide sharp, data‑driven insights to support business growth
