This role requires both technical expertise and strong leadership skills to manage a high-performing finance team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Financial Department and implement internal financial controls.
• Prepare and present monthly management accounts budgets and forecasts.
• Lead financial planning analysis and reporting to support decision-making.
• Oversee statutory compliance IFRS reporting and annual audits.
• Optimize working capital cash management and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Review and approve major capital expenditure and investment opportunities.
• Develop manage and motivate a team of finance professionals.
• Implement cost control measures and monitor expense management.
• Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to provide financial insights.
• Ensure adherence to governance policies and outsourced service-level agreements.

Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Minimum 10 years post-articles experience.
• Experience in mining manufacturing or contracting preferred.
• Strong financial planning analysis and commercial acumen.
• Proven leadership experience managing finance teams and collaborating with senior management.
